The main problem is the 300w power supply. the higher end video cards require too much power. You need to look at the recommended power supply for the video card. A GT 730 is recommending a 300w or greater power supply. A GT 1030 has the same requirements. A GT530 will also work and the GTX 750 and Ti versions may work but you need to read the specs for the power requirements as if it requires the extra power connector then it will not work at all. For the radeon look at the specs and you should find atleast one that will work.
